The international award winning winery atop Mount Gilead is in a rustic barn overlooking the Loudoun Valley, and is Loudouns original winery. Enjoy spectacular views of the Blue Ridge Mountains from the picnic area. Gourmet snacks are available. Small corporate groups are welcome for daytime winery rental. Dont miss our "Wines of the World" tastings held each month.

WINES: Chardonnay, Cabernet Sauvignon,Cabernet Franc, Merlot, Riesling, Vidal Blanc, Seyval Blanc, and Petit Verdot.

TOURS: January and February Friday 10am-4pm, Saturday and Sunday 12pm-5pm. March through December, Friday, Saturday and Sunday, 11am-5:30 pm.

Directions: From Leesburg take Route 15 S for 2.5 miles south of the bypass. Right on Route 704 (Harmony Church Road) for 2.2 miles. Left on Loudoun Orchard Rd (Route 662) for 2.3 miles to stop sign. Right on Mt Gilead (Route 797), first right into driveway at 100 yards.

From Route 50, go north on Route 15 for 6.5 miles. Left on Route 651 (Hogback Mountain Road) to the end (2 miles). Left on Mt. Gilead (Route 797), go 1 mile to winery on right.
